NuPace puts 'Trust' in Prime Potential to take care of all things IT.

Here at Prime Potential, we are thrilled to be supporting NuPace following their official launch this year. 2 Cumbrian startups building and growing together.

After many discussions with Stuart Gorman, Founder & Director at NuPace, he felt that our values as a company were a perfect match for him. 2 new startup businesses growing together in Cumbria.

NuPace is a brand-new business, launched in 2025, focused on delivering effective and sustainable transformation. Working with clients within Energy, Renewables, Defence, Utilities, Decommissioning, and Infrastructure projects across the UK.

NuPace tasked the team here at Prime Potential to fully take over and implement an IT Strategy for the brand new business, from cyber essentials compliance to equipment and software sourcing. They also had the aim of achieving their Cyber Essentials and ISO compliance certificates in the coming months before launching.

Undertaking such a task required not just technical expertise but also an understanding of our client’s unique needs.  Having a support contract with Prime Potential means we become ‘Your IT Department’.  An added benefit for NuPace was having local IT technicians based in West Cumbria, and also the business being a new startup and run by a local young entrepreneur, with the expertise and responsiveness to quickly resolve any issues that arise on-site or remotely.

Initially, all prospective clients are invited to an ignition call, where we initially find out what they require from the service. We are big believers that you will only ever pay for what you need from any service contract.

The mission was therefore executed by Prime Potential, migrating all NuPace's current data from an old Microsoft 365 tenant to a new one where we can control all elements and ensure compliance with any form of required frameworks like Cyber Essentials.

We then transitioned the business into the new tenant and provided them with IT support, and we still take care of all this IT for NuPace.
